Yoga Sculpt is a highly dynamic workout blending some traditional elements and structure of yoga with an intentional cardio workout and weights. This class is intended to be high energy but modifications are offered throughout class and students are always encouraged to listen to their body. Weights are not required or necessary for a full body workout in this class. Class will be offered every other Sunday starting in April 27. SUNDAY APRIL 27 is BOGO!
