Morning Melt: Yoga with Debra
The Melt is designed to start your day! Moving slowly to wake up through long slow stretches and holds that create heat and fluidity. The Morning Melt makes use of aromatherapy and hands-on support. This class is available to all levels and is preregistration only. Class of 5 or more will be confirmed on Tuesday evenings.

This meditation in motion starts with a beautiful yet simple Qigong Shabashi (18 movements) that help with balance, energy and well-being. You will learn the forms called "TaiChi for Balance and Arthritis" one form per class. This class is done standing but a chair can be used if needed.
Comfortable loose clothing and low shoes are ideal (please bring indoor shoes for studio).

Join us on Wednesdays for an organic yoga class! What does that mean?! Each class will cover the basics of yoga, including yoga etiquette for those students who have never experienced yoga. Each class will progress from the basics to experience all of the components of yoga including centering, breathing, poses, relaxation. As always with the classes in our studio, slow movement is encouraged as well as using your internal voice to listen to what your body wants/needs that particular day. Wednesday night yoga will be lead by various teachers from our studio.

Join our Yoga Teacher Training student, Kristie, for Restorative Yoga! This class will focus on lower back and hip openers, digestive support with gentle twists. As always, restoration classes are done slowly and mindfully and there is absolutely NO experience required.
In this level you will learn 3 sacred symbols; how to draw them, use them with clients during sessions and within your everyday life. We will also learn distant healing; how to send reiki to someone who is not physically in front of you. Class is about 8 hours long; giving you plenty of time to practice giving and receiving sessions. Pre-requisite: Reiki 1 certification
Join Tasha who leads a true yogic fusion... energetic, fun and empowering! Tasha blends the mindful movement of vinyasa with the connection to the breath, keeping students in the present moment with mind and body. Each four week segment focuses on learning a pose in more depth (think taking baby steps to Crow Pose for instance:))

Yoga Sculpt is a highly dynamic workout blending some traditional elements and structure of yoga with an intentional cardio workout and weights. This class is intended to be high energy but modifications are offered throughout class and students are always encouraged to listen to their body. Weights are not required or necessary for a full body workout in this class. Class will be offered every other Sunday starting in April 27. SUNDAY APRIL 27 is BOGO!

Join class with one of our new Yoga Teacher Training graduates, Emily, for Harmonic Yang to Yin Yoga. This class combines the benefits of yang to yin yoga with the healing vibrations of a sound bath to conclude class. You will expect 40-50 minutes involving mini flows of 3-4 poses, followed by 10-20 minutes of crystal singing bowls to ease the dissonance in your body. Emily will focus on stretching different areas of the body, along with a focus of chakra strengthening. All levels are welcome to attend this class!

THIS CLASS IS ON HIATUS UNTIL SEPTEMBER 2025! For seniors, and/or those who have injuries or limitations, preventing them from doing more intense Yoga. The class will include gentle Yoga and use of light free weights. All repetitions can be done without weights if need be. Modifications are offered to allow every body to participate.
This is a Silver Sneakers certified class and senior (over 65) discount of $12 fee is $6! We will give receipts for any insurance that reimburses you.
