
This class is all about YOU! Keep your mind in touch with your body, moving slowly and with intention. This class utilizes props and hands-on direction to help you with supported balance and movement. Available for all levels. This is an ongoing class, no need for preregistration.

Morning Melt: Yoga with Debra
The Melt is designed to start your day! Moving slowly to wake up through long slow stretches and holds that create heat and fluidity. The Morning Melt makes use of aromatherapy and hands-on support. This class is available to all levels and is preregistration only. Class of 5 or more will be confirmed on Tuesday evenings.
Pre-registration required. A minimum of 5 students must be registered for class to be held.

This class is intended to be high energy but modifications are offered throughout class and students are always encouraged to listen to their body. Weights are not required or necessary for a full body workout in this class.

Yang to Yin approach allows a yoga flow of several poses linked together with a long rest in between. If you like a more active class you can participate in each flow (four to six in each hour) or you rest through a flow and allow your body to absorb! Students who have experienced this type of class find deepening of their practice, time in each flow to understand the movements and find changes in self that happen from first flow to last.

This meditation in motion starts with a beautiful yet simple Qigong Shabashi (18 movements) that help with balance, energy and well-being. You will learn the forms called "TaiChi for Balance and Arthritis" one form per class. This class is done standing but a chair can be used if needed.
Comfortable loose clothing and low shoes are ideal (please bring indoor shoes for studio).

Join us on Wednesdays for an organic yoga class! What does that mean?! Each class will cover the basics of yoga, including yoga etiquette for those students who have never experienced yoga. Each class will progress from the basics to experience all of the components of yoga including centering, breathing, poses, relaxation. As always with the classes in our studio, slow movement is encouraged as well as using your internal voice to listen to what your body wants/needs that particular day. Wednesday night yoga will be lead by various teachers from our studio.
This class requires a 5 person minimum.

Join our Yoga Teacher Training student, Kristie, for Restorative Yoga! This class will focus on lower back and hip openers, digestive support with gentle twists. As always, restoration classes are done slowly and mindfully and there is absolutely NO experience required.

Join Tasha who leads a true yogic fusion... energetic, fun and empowering! Tasha blends the mindful movement of vinyasa with the connection to the breath, keeping students in the present moment with mind and body. Each four week segment focuses on learning a pose in more depth (think taking baby steps to Crow Pose for instance:))
This class has a 5-person minimum. Please preregister to ensure confirmation of class and/or notification of class cancellation.

This class is designed to leave your long week at the door and set the mood for your weekend by blending a light rejuvenating energy flow seamlessly into peaceful and supportive restorative postures that counters each movement effortlessly. Melting into your mat will mindful intentions, releasing the body and calming the nervous system. What to expect: Breath work blended into a 30 minute warm up and light flow followed by 30 minutes of restorative yoga, aroma therapy and healing energy.

COMBINE Yoga Sculpt, Om-azing Meditation and Restorative Yoga mix in a healthy lunch that we will provide and you will leave us in a Daze:) You could also take each of these classes separately; please register for individual classes in that case.

Join Alycia for a wonderful hour of restoration yoga where you will be relaxed and eased into poses on the mat. You will have options for cushioning with props and/or hand's on direction to make you very comfortable and put your body at ease.
