Jump, dive or free fall into our three-week inversion and arm balance series with Tasha and Alycia. Ninety minute classes will be held every other Sunday starting May 3 (other dates May 17 and May 31). Each week in this series students will highlight and learn one arm balance and one inversion. Whether you are looking to learn something new, improve your skills or just practice your already-sharpened skills, you will be supported and encouraged by two teachers making these classes fun and approachable. Drop ins will be welcome at $35 or package all three for $75.
