Yoga Anew!

Join us on Wednesdays for an organic yoga class! What does that mean?! Each class will cover the basics of yoga, including yoga etiquette for those students who have never experienced yoga. Each class will progress from the basics to experience all of the components of yoga including centering, breathing, poses, relaxation. As always with the classes in our studio, slow movement is encouraged as well as using your internal voice to listen to what your body wants/needs that particular day. Wednesday night yoga will be lead by various teachers from our studio.

This class requires a 5 person minimum.
