
Join Tasha and her co-facilitator, for a transpersonal breathwork workshop.
Transpersonal Breathwork is practiced in a workshop format that promotes experiential self-exploration and personal development in a safe supportive setting. The basic components include intensified breathing, evocative music, focused bodywork, expressive drawing, and group process.
The workshop begins with an introduction of the lineage and practice of breathwork(either in person or via Zoom) on Friday evening. Saturday is an all-day event from 8 am – 6:30 pm.
Schedule (times are approximate)
Friday
7 pm – 8:30 pm: “Friday night talk” (intro as noted above)
Saturday
8 am – 9 am: Opening circle
9:30 am – 12:30 pm: Breathwork session #1
12:30 pm – 1:30 pm: lunch (snacks will be provided, but please bring your own lunch)
2 pm – 5 pm: Breathwork session #2
5 pm – 6:30 pm: Sharing/integration
Because the workshop can promote strong physical and emotional release, it is not advised for people with certain medical/mental health conditions. You will be required to complete a brief confidential medical questionnaire before your registration can be confirmed.
