This meditation in motion starts with a beautiful yet simple Qigong Shabashi (18 movements) that help with balance, energy and well-being. You will learn the forms called "TaiChi for Balance and Arthritis" one form per class. This class is done standing but a chair can be used if needed.
Comfortable loose clothing and low shoes are ideal (please bring indoor shoes for studio).
These classes are free but donations are welcome--never required
