Yoga Sculpt is a highly dynamic workout blending some traditional elements and structure of yoga with an intentional cardio workout and weights. This class is intended to be high energy but modifications are offered throughout class and students are always encouraged to listen to their body. Weights are not required or necessary for a full body workout in this class.
Yang to Yin approach allows a yoga flow of several poses linked together with a long rest in between. If you like a more active class you can participate in each flow (four to six in each hour) or you rest through a flow and allow your body to absorb! Students who have experienced this type of class find deepening of their practice, time in each flow to understand the movements and find changes in self that happen from first flow to last.
